Community Project:
Respect for authority is important for students and the community. This month, the student and community focus will be toward police officers and teachers.
- Student Challenge: Thank every Police Officer you see this month. Choose one teacher a week who made a difference in your week and thank them.
- School Challenge: Teachers can choose either an individual or a group of people to send thank you cards to. The receiving party should be an organization of service and authority including police officers, teachers, principals, school security officers, etc.
